Great Outdoor Products LLC, also known as RotopaX. (Seller) acknowledges and accepts the order of Buyer as identified on the face of the Acknowledgement, and agrees to sell the items there described (Goods) on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
SALE: Seller agrees to sell, transfer and convey to Buyer, and Buyer agrees to purchase the Goods subject to the prices and terms of sales contained herein and on the face of this Acknowledgement. Any preceding purchase order or verbal agreement is superseded by these terms and conditions, and any changes to these terms and conditions must be made by means of a change order confirmed by a revised Acknowledgement.
DELIVERY: The customer accepts full responsibilty for any loss or damage to these items once there is a delivery or attempted delivery.
Seller will make its best efforts to meet the delivery date specified on the face of this Acknowledgement, and to notify Buyer of any delays or if any item is to be back-ordered. Buyer may cancel this order without penalty if delivery is to be delayed, and may cancel any Goods which are back-ordered, but must do so at least three days in advance of the revised ship date.
RETURNS: No goods shall be returned to Seller unless Seller has approved such return and has issued a return authorization number (RA) to Buyer. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on all cartons and documents related to the return. All return freight charges shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer agrees to the cost of replacement of product only, either by refund or product replacement.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connected with this Acknowledgement or the Goods, regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall Buyer’s damages exceed the purchase price of the Goods.
TAXES: Buyer shall pay or reimburse Seller as appropriate for any sales, use, excise or other tax imposed or levied with respect to the payment of the purchase price of the Goods or the conveyance of title in the Goods to Buyer. In no event shall Buyer be responsible for any tax imposed upon Seller’s income or business establishment.
HEADINGS: Headings used in this agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Way We Use Information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We may offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalogue as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. We've never sold a fuel pack to a 13 year old anyways. If they want to buy a fuel pack for dad, it's probably best if mom does it.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy": We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. End of story.
If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged what we are charged;
Our primary shipping service is FedEx Ground or USPS. Both are "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our primary warehouse in Woods Cross, Utah).
Delivery Time is dependent on "Availability". For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom or extra large orders). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" time-frame, but please do not count on that.
For overnight orders, the order must be placed Monday thru Thursday, before noon MST to be sent same day. All other shipping methods will ship within 24 hours.
The method of delivery - our standard method is either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or USPS International (out of country addresses). FedEx Ground takes 5-7 business days; USPS International is 5-10 business days, and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed. And we are too.
We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing through either USPS or FedEx, depending on what you selected if it was offered.

GREAT Outdoor Products warranties that their products will be free from defects due to faulty materials or workmanship to the original purchaser. RotopaX products are covered for ten years from the date of purchase with FuelpaX products covered for five years from the date of purchase. For a buyer who needs to return a new, unused item, then buyer shall pay for return shipping with a shipping provider of their choosing. This warranty covers products or items found to be defective under normal use and conditions, and a return must be initiated before the warranty window expires. GREAT Outdoor Products will, at it's discretion, either repair or replace any defective product covered by this warranty. We stand behind the RotopaX Fuel Pack and the craftsmanship behind its construction. Please note the following conditions.
Any non-warranty returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers must initiate a return within 10 days from the end of the warranty period. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days for all delivered or authorized returns (damage with photos)
While we guarantee our fuel packs won't fail, we limit our liability to replacement of the product only and cannot be responsible for vehicle or property damage.
WARRANTY ON FUEL PACKS
We warranty RotopaX containers for 10 (ten) years and FuelpaX containers for 5 (five) years to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defect. Need to use your warrranty? You'll have up to 30 days after your warranty expires. If we issue a refund, you will see it in 5 business days.
RotopaX and FuelpaX are free from defects in materials and workmanship that cause such systems to fail to conform with each of the requirements specified in CP-501 for a period of one year from the date of sale.
In order for a warranty replacement be considered for any fuel pack or spout, please note:
You do not need to ship the fuel pack back to us if it has contained fuel of any kind. Shipping companies prohibit the shipping of fuels or containers that have any fuel residue or fuel vapor inside. However, we will need a detailed photo showing the defect, and also a photo of the fuel pack in question with a minimum of a 1/4 inch size hole drilled into the side. This will prevent the pack being replaced from ever being used again. Unless we receive a detailed photo of the leak, and a photo of the pack with a hole, we will not warranty the item.
We recommend venting fuel packs daily based on temperature and elevation changes.
WARRANTY ON HARDWARE
We offer a 1 (one) year warranty on hardware from date of purchase. Need to use your warrranty? You'll have up to 30 days after your warranty expires. If we issue a refund, you will see it in 5 business days.
LOX Mounts- sometimes the actual lock can get stuck. We recommend an occasional spray with graphite or other spray lubricant (PB Blaster works great) into the lock to prevent it from rusting. If it does get stuck due to rust and cannot get out, send us the t-handle with the lock stuck inside and we will replace it. Our locks have a lifetime warranty.
WARRANTY ON SPOUTS
We offer a 30 (thirty) day warranty on spouts from date of purchase. Need to use your warrranty? You'll have up to 5 days after your warranty expires. If we issue a refund, you will see it in 5 business days.

Due to the dramaic increase in cost to continually certify our products for sale in the state of California, we are forced to charge a 2% fee for all products being sold into the state. With very strict regualtion, we must update manufacturing equipment, conduct emmision testing frequently, and pay heavy fees to certify with the California Air Resources Board. We only asses this fee for customers in the state of California as we feel that it would be unfair for people in states with less restriction to pay for this as well.
