Customers owning product within the factory warranty period can start the warranty process below by submitting a claim.

WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS:

• Original PROOF OF PURCHASE (Invoice or Receipt).

• Proof of purchase must contain DEALER NAME, SALE DATE & PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER.

• Receipt must be from AUTHORIZED ROTOPAX DEALER. 3rd party sellers do not qualify.

• Warranties are handled on a case by case approval basis.

• In some instances, Warranty items must be shipped back to RotopaX. In that instance consumer is responsible for shipping costs.
